Marcus Mariota wasn't great early, but he was perfect late.

The Titans quarterback completed all six of his passes in the fourth quarter to lead Tennessee to a 36-22 win over the Colts at Nissan Stadium Monday night.

The Colts got a game Reymin Guduan Authentic Jersey effort from Jacoby Brissett, in what might be his final start before Andrew Luck returns. Brissett was 21 of 37 for 212 yards and a touchdown. After Mariota led a scoring drive that ended in a 48-yard Ryan Succop field goal, Brissett had the Colts in position for a touchdown on the Colts' opening series. The Colts had to settle for a short field goal after a perfectly thrown pass by Brissett was dropped in the end zone by Donte Moncrief. There was no drop on the next Colts drive with tight end Jack Doyle catching an 8-yard touchdown pass.

Here are three takeaways from the Titans' win over the Colts:

1. Mariota is tough — Mariota's mobility was limited coming back from an injured hamstring, but he stood in the pocket and was efficient under pressure. He was rusty early with some high throws, while taking Roy Oswalt Authentic Jersey some several big hits. As odd as it may seem, he settled down after throwing a pick-six on the first play from scrimmage in the second half. Mariota finished 23 of 32 for 306 yards and a touchdown, delivering a strike for a 53-yard touchdown pass to a wide-open Taywan Taylor while getting hit as the Titans took a 29-22 lead with 5:29 remaining.
2. Brissett can be a No. 1 quarterback — Brissett wasn't quite quick enough to get to the edge as Titans linebacker Wesley Woodyard caught him short on a fourth-and-1 at the Titans 13-yard line with 2:19 remaining. He was good in his brief stint with the Patriots last year and has been solid in five starts for the Colts this season. It's a small sample size, but Brissett will get a chance to be a starter. If not with the Colts, who are tied to Luck for the long-term, then next year.

3. Exotic smashmouth is Scott Feldman Authentic Jersey pretty when it works — As the Titans were trying to run out the clock, Derrick Henry burst for a back-breaking 72-yard touchdown run with 47 seconds remaining. Henry finished with 131 yards on 19 carries and DeMarco Murray also grinded out 40 yards on 12 carries as the Titans had success running behind left tackle Taylor Lewan and right guard Josh Kline, who had a pancake block while pulling on Henry's late touchdown run.

When the Titans can run like they did Monday and get efficiency in the passing game, they could pull away from the inconsistent Jaguars and shorthanded Texans, who are tied with the Titans at 3-3, in the AFC South.
Marcus Mariota came through for the Titans in his return from injury Monday night.

The quarterback's scrambling Tony Kemp Authentic Jersey ability was limited because of a tender hamstring, but Mariota compensated by passing for 306 yards and a touchdown in a 36-22 Titans win over the Colts. The Titans stopped a two-game slide, in which they missed Mariota for one game, and improved to 3-3 overall. They also moved into a three-way tie with the Jaguars and Texans for first place in the AFC South.

The game was much closer than the score indicates. Jacoby Brissett and the Colts were driving toward a potential game-tying touchdown with just under three minutes left before the Titans' defense stopped Brissett on fourth and down and forced the Colts to turn the ball over. Titans running back Derrick Henry then took off on a 72-yard touchdown run to seal the win. Henry finished with 131 yards on 19 carries.

Mariota threw an interception, which was returned by John Simon for a touchdown early in the third quarter. Mariota played much better after the pick; je threw a 53-yard touchdown pass to Taywan Taylor in the fourth quarter that gave the Titans to a late lead. He completed 23 of 32 attempts on the night.

Titans kicker Ryan Succop kept the Titans in the game amid their early offensive struggles with five field goals. Succop also broke the NFL record for consecutive field goals under 50 yards with his first field goal of the game. The mark is now 47 in a row.

The Colts' offense ran smoothly in the first half but managed only nine points in the second. Brissett went 21 for 37 with 212 yards and a touchdown. He had little help from the running game, which managed only 85 yards. Frank Gore led the Colts (2-4) in rushing with 49 yards on 10 carries.
